Available Services
Our Supported living programs provide services to consumers by teaching a wide array of goals that foster and create independence. The program allows our participants to collaborate with Independent Living Home Care Agency Caregivers and Registered Nurse to set their own goals and objectives. Each month, the participant and their support team measure and observe those goals.

- Bedroom maintenance may include changing the linens on a bed and ensuring that the bed is a safe, clean, and enjoyable place for you or your loved one to sleep in. This will be beneficial for anyone who is struggling to maintain a clean bed and may experience a disrupted sleep pattern because of it.
- Maintaining a clean kitchen is of the utmost importance because, without a clean kitchen, the food that you or your loved ones eat may not be suitable for consumption. Our caregivers can clean the countertops, wash dishes, or clean the fridge to ensure the food that is prepared in the kitchen is safe to eat and that you or your loved ones will enjoy spending time in there.
Our caregivers are trained through the program, a diagnosis-specific nutrition guidebook, to help you and your family with your nutritional needs. Depending on your needs and your general health, our caregivers can use the sample recipes to ensure that you are receiving the proper nutrition to keep you happy, healthy, and satisfied throughout the day.
- Ensuring that all of the clients take their prescribed medications on time.
- Logging medication intake daily and each time the client ingests their prescribed medications ensures that the family of the client, as well as their team of medical professionals, have access to a daily log of the prescription medications that were taken.
Please note: We do not set up pill organizers, or administer medications. We only provide a reminder to the client when they need to take them. Organizing, handling, and physically taking medications will need to be done exclusively by the client.
Personal care services are a wide variety of services where a caregiver provides hands-on assistance that helps you or your loved one with daily activities. Our caregivers provide assistance with bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, ambulation assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders and light housekeeping.
